The hotel room didn't have a view to speak of but was a decent size, and apart from a sticky table top, everything was very clean. I especially enjoyed the linen and nice thick towels. The huge terrace was a pleasant surprise, and having a personal lounge with a jacuzzi was a lovely touch. Booked a club family suite.

The staff is helpful and kind. A special thanks to Arzu from guest relations for her assistance. However, there was an unfortunate incident where my son's money was taken from the bathroom sink, which was disappointing.

The location is clean and inviting, with beautiful trees and flowers all around. The hotel is really big and nice, offering a serene and pleasant atmosphere.

I only went to the dining area a few times, but the food was delicious. They catered well to the kids. I found the dining experience to be enjoyable overall.
